Every winter the Resource Center distributes new and gently used hats, mittens, scarves, boots and coats to those in need. Many of the Resource Center clients are new to Minnesota and do not have proper outerwear for the cold winter months. Last year the Resource Center distributed 310 pairs of boots to children as well as many coats to adults and children and innumerable hats, mittens and scarves.
